Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a Retail Coworker to be the bridge between our business and our customers. Community Pharmacy & Wellness Shop provides natural health options that serve our community. This includes herbs, nutritional supplements, homeopathy, flower essences, and aromatherapy. As a Retail Coworker, you will listen compassionately to each customer’s needs. You will care for the physical space of the shop by stocking shelves, cleaning the bathroom, receiving shipments, and taking the initiative to make the space more beautiful or functional. You will participate in collective responsibilities, such as meetings, decision-making, and other specialised tasks. Most importantly, you will contribute to a non-hierarchical, friendly workplace that we all cherish.
